My experience has focused on the valuation of all types of residential properties, including cooperative and condominium units, single-family residences, townhouses, multi-family residences, rental apartment buildings, and luxury residential properties throughout New York City.

My commercial expertise is comprised of valuations of single- and multi-tenant retail and office buildings, commercial condominium and cooperative units, vacant land/development sites and mixed-use properties. I have also provided market rental analysis for retail, office, day cares, community centers, school facilities, medical offices and industrial properties.

I work closely with senior appraisers and MAIs when performing complex valuation assignments (ie: valuation of properties for proposed use, highest and best use, estimates of damages, etc.). I have provided support for MAI expert witness testimony and self-contained appraisal reports for litigation, arbitration and mortgage financing purposes for area banks and lenders.
