Jerome Haims (center) recently celebrated both the holiday season and 40th anniversary of Jerome Haims Realty, Inc., a full service appraisal and real estate consulting firm he founded in 1968. In addition to senior vice presidents Sheldon Gottlieb (left) and Eric Haims (right), over 150 colleagues, friends, family and clients from institutions, corporations, government and private industry joined Haims in commemorating four decades of appraisal excellence at the festive event held at Osteria Laguna in Manhattan.
